For their outdated Willow Glen home, this family of 5 asked only two things of our team: a home that is clean and contemporary in style and functions for their busy family. We were working with great space that needed some serious modifications to give them a functional and timeless home. We opened up and reimagined the floor plan and updated every finish in the house. The space was made new with clean fresh bright paint, new hardwood floors, new cabinets, countertops, tile, and plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen, and custom millwork including accenting ceiling beams, a very unique banquette build into the back of the kitchen island, and custom storage and closets throughout. We finished the space with beautiful light fixtures and accessories in every room.
This original craftsman home was beautifully preserved and cared for before we started. Our task was to add some special moments and creative elements to make unique and functional spaces for a family of five.
By incorporating elements of imported marble, artisan wallpaper, fresh plumbing fixtures, and modern furniture, all while honoring the architecture of the home, we brought character and interest back to this stunning 100-year-old house.
This London high rise was one of our favorites overseas. We worked closely with the local architectural designer and real estate consultant as a project manager and owners representative to help create a chic and functional workspace. Every corner of the space is bursting with unique design elements and timeless bespoke furnishings and completes the connection to corporate.
