Our clients' dreamed of turning their original Carmel-by-the-Sea vacation home into a mission style space appropriate to the location and era of the property. We collaborated to create a serene place for the family to gather by adding traditional mission character with architectural ceiling beams and beautiful California oak millwork. We used hand-painted Spanish tiles and natural stone countertops in a soothing palette to complement the gorgeous setting. We were able to transform the space from basic into an early California inspired oasis from which the family can enjoy a strolls along the beach.
This original craftsman home was beautifully preserved and cared for before we started. Our task was to add some special moments and creative elements to make unique and functional spaces for a family of five.
By incorporating elements of imported marble, artisan wallpaper, fresh plumbing fixtures, and modern furniture, all while honoring the architecture of the home, we brought character and interest back to this stunning 100-year-old house.
This London high rise was one of our favorites overseas. We worked closely with the local architectural designer and real estate consultant as a project manager and owners representative to help create a chic and functional workspace. Every corner of the space is bursting with unique design elements and timeless bespoke furnishings and completes the connection to corporate.
